- In original packaging

How to Return (Faster Than a Drop Spin)

- Photos of the item(s)
- Reason for return
- We’ll email you a prepaid return label if eligible
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Drop at any DHL/FedEx location
International Pole Stars
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs. Use a tracked service – lost returns break our hearts more than a slipped grip.
Refunds – Getting Your Cash Back
Once we receive your return:
- Credit cards: 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: Typically within 24 hours
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping back to you.
