OUR RETURN POLICY (STRAIGHT UP WITH NO CHASER)
We get it – sometimes that killer bodysuit doesn’t hug your curves quite right, or those grippy shorts don’t match your pole persona. That’s why we offer 15 days from delivery date to return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with tags attached.
NO RETURNS ON:
- Body harnesses (for obvious hygiene reasons)
- Grip aids (once opened, they’re yours forever)
- Books & games (unless defective)
- Final sale items (marked clearly as “no returns”)
HOW TO RETURN (FASTER THAN A DROP SPIN)
- Email us at [email protected] within 15 days with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item(s)
- Reason for return
- We’ll email you a prepaid return label if eligible
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Drop at any DHL/FedEx location
- We’ll process your refund/exchange within 3-5 business days after receiving
REFUNDS (GETTING YOUR CASH BACK)
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:
- Credit cards: 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: Typically within 24 hours
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping back to you.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (FOR GLOBAL REBELS)
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service – lost returns are heartbreaking for everyone.
